who likes jalapeño poppers?
I grew these, stuffed them myself and made them in the based air fryer.

Not bad, OP. You ever try baking them? Once you stuff the peppers, you top them off with buttered Panko. I just throw them in the toaster oven afterward with the last few minutes under the broil.

Restaurant I used to work at made jalapeno poppers but different than that. We would scrape some of the seeds out, fill it with cream cheese and wrap it on bacon and smoke them for a few hours. They were really fucking good

I bought bacon to do this very thing but I got lazy. I made about 50 of those last year at my kids birthday. friendly reminder to make that many on a clean grill, that bacon grease created the mother of flameups

I used neufatchel cheese. I prefer it over cream and it's also sticky as fuck. I mixed in shredded cheese.
get milk and flour, season flour
slice jap in half take out seeds. I'll put some in the filling to make it hot
put like a tbsp of filling in the half jalapeno
dip Jap in flour - milk - flour
set on rack and wait 10 minutes
repeat flour milk flour and wait 10 minutes again
get bread crumbs
dip Japs in milk then crumbs and see on rack for 5 min
repeat this one more time
now fry
I brushed oil on mine and used the air fryer
