How do you like your eggs?

>> No.14482795

Every way. Egg is the perfect food. There is not a single bad preparation of it.

That said, I think poached on toast might be my favorite.

No. I've got stomach cramps from sitting upright in a chair 16 hours a day and eating nothing but eggs and some bread. It's the price you pay when you're writing a new novel.

It's called "The Wedding Planner". It's kind of a period piece that takes place in an upper-middle class section of Cleveland between the summer of 1904, and the autumn of 1905. Unfortunately, I've hit a wall and I'm getting fat and restless. My last book was available on Kroger shelves, and probably still is. Sold over 4,000 copies to date. Are there any foods that're proven to stoke creativity?

This thing. Rub some butter in the cups. Crack eggs into it. Put water in the pan and poach. Make toast. Done.

Perfect poached eggs on toast with some salt and black pepper.

Scrambled, over hard, or a nice omelette. No runny yolks for me. I just wish I could find a way to actually enjoy hard boiled eggs. Maybe I need to try making deviled eggs again sometime soon.

You could probably say that psychedelic mushrooms are proven to activate creativity. Eating fruit before bed does seem to cause intense dreams. Otherwise an actual balanced and varied diet will be a huge help. Don't eat the same things all the time. Grabbing stuff that's all different colors can help make things easier for you if you don't care to learn much about nutrition and are kind of food autistic. So instead of eating a pound of spinach and two pounds of chicken breast daily like some anon on this board who's going to get severe kidney stones, have spinach a few days out of the week and have red cabbage on some others and carrots on others. Get white meat poultry but also some kind of fish and beef. You can achieve this all in one grocery trip for the week if your store has reasonably fresh stuff.

i used to eat scrambled mexican style eggs pretty much every day:
>mixed with refried (pref. black) beans in the pan, tart cotija cheese added on the plate but parmesan will do
>mixed with black watery beans, the soupier the end product the better
>drowned in red or green salsa in the pan
>lightly fry corn tortilla strips in pan before adding egg batter
>lightly fry diced tomatoes, serranos or jalapenos, and onion in the pan before adding the egg batter
>mixed with fried soyrizo

and pickled peppers and hot sauces always
