Looking at the map, I am inferring supply chain challenges yet to be satisfactorially addressed within the future market territories.
Those challenges should be roughly tripled when expanding internationally.

Just open your own hamburger and custard shop. Culver's wasn't the first, isn't the best, and have no "secret sauce" beyond working hard to be pretty decent and having crossed the tipping point for economy of scale.
