Check out starter tutorials on youtube, and if you really need dry yeast go to a local bakery or pizza shop, any place that makes their own dough. Ask to buy a little yeast. Theyll usually just give you some and you can even jump start a starter with that

What should I bake tonight
I have 5 niggertons of chocolate ganache leftover from glazing donuts. Can I use that in a babka or is it the wrong consistency? I tempered it good but then put it in the fridge.
