It's a bit different from traditional chili, it's more of a spiced meat sauce.
Fuck the spaghetti bullshit, you need to try a cheese coney or chili cheese fries with Cinci chili. Also if they ask you if you want mustard and onion on the coney you say yes. Hot sauce is optional.

Ways are good though. Get a 4 way onion (spaghetti, chili, onion, cheese) and see how you like it, or if you like beans get a 5 way. Coneys and chili cheese fries are good too but the fries especially tend to get soggy.
