That's a waste of head, shell, tail and legs. Not joking, it is very tasty. Just sieve the shells and other bits and you're left with a gorgeous quick soup. Takes less than 10 mins to simmer.

this weekend i got a flat of chicken rib meat, combined with a corn starch and flour batter for more body (kind of like a Chinese orange chicken thing). spiced with a knock-off KFC original recipe from online, and fried it outside on a hot as fuck day.

was perfect.
