I know this is trolling behaviour here but I have a theory that the main reason tobacco is thought to cause cancer is because of big tobacco adding all sorts of harsh, toxic chemicals to make their product more stimulating and addictive (plus the "taste signature" it adds) and organic tabacco that's merely cured and packaged and does not get sprayed with a concoction of actual poison is not very likely to cause cancer, if at all.
