You need balance.
I don't agree with pharmaceutical use to numb and you seem happy and liberated off of them but you need to dial it back 1 or 2 and have a good time without being unbalanced.

If you want taste: May I recommend going easy and making a simple breakfast.
Maybe a pancak or two with some scrambled eggs and juice.
Salt and pepper eggs lightly, and maybe add some cloves or parprika.

Be careful how you cook if you don't have much experience lest you burn the whole place down.

Enjoy life.
Don't give them a reason to try and put you back on those pills.
