I have a good idea for a thread,
we post a recipe for the best thing we make.

Optional: everyone can criticize it and tell you why it's bad.

Lemon pepper chicken stew:

1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoom pepper
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
Chicken stock
Flour

Chicken thighs
Fresh green beans
Those small multicolored potatos
Onion
Frozen corn
Potato gnocchi

Melt butter in soup pot and cover the chicken thighs in salt and pepper.

Brown the chicken skin side down.

Remove chicken and then add chopped onion, green beans, potatos, and corn and toss in the oil at bottom of the pot.

Return chicken thighs to pot and then fill with water. Add broth and spices.

Simmer until you think it looks good, remove and deboned the chicken before it gets stringy.

Stir in flour until it combined with all the fat and you get a somewhat gravy like consistency.

Add potato gnocchi, should take about two / three minutes to cook.

Fold in deboned chicken.

It’s not necessarily for chili, I just kinda use it on whatever I feel like, the reason it’s so loose is so you can adjust it however you want.
I often put it into canned soups to make them less garbage

i would probably saute the onion before tossing in the potato and corn, and add in the green beans with the gnocchi, or forgo the gnocchi altogether since you already have potatoes.
i think your onions are undercooked and green beans are overcooked, otherwise looks good enough
