John's roast pork when I'm visiting family in Philadelphia. One of the better steaks in the city. Also have great roast pork sandwiches if you couldn't have guessed, if du porc is your thing. Dalessandro's is worth a shout too if you're on the other side of the city or don't feel like going all the way into town.
