A negroni used to be my drink when I was hardcore bartending at a nice downtown spot. I'd sip on wine towards the end of the shift and once everything was closed up it would be a double Sapphire negroni with the nice vermouth and a big ice block in a paper cup. Would finish it on my half hour train ride home and would be fucked up just in time to hit the 4am bars. Good times
