What about them is shitty? The nutritional values? The taste? Burgers are pretty flexible as you can use pretty much any ingredients you want, you can make a burger pretty damn healthy if you want and if you're not concerned over it being healthy, you can make it extremely delicious. Private owned grills make some of the best hamburgers ever, all fast food joint burgers are trash.

In retrospect? I thought it was cringy as shit at the time. They made a proposal that they knew McDonald's would turn down because it was be a logistics and intellectual property nightmare that'd cost both companies more in legal fees to hammer out a mutually satisfactory contract for than the limited promotion would ever raise for charity, knowing that they'd be turned down because it was the only sane thing to do. It was a self-evident ploy to make themselves look hip and fun and paint stuffy old McDonald's as a buzzkill, that cost them essentially nothing. It was pure attention whoring.

I've had some mangled abominations, some that are so fucking juicy it's annoying, and some that are literally the perfect burger, better than a 12 dollar one from a bistro.
Whoppers haven't changed since like the 70's. I still prefer the QP though, no lettuce/tomato pls.

whoppers are trash probably one of the worst sandwiches in existence. I don't know why they lean on them so heavily. a simple double cheeseburger blows it out of the water. hardees thickburgers are actually good and use most of the same ingredients.

I rate burger king whoppers on the same level as sonic, and wendys. they're all trash. sometimes I drive by a business and I wonder why enough people go there to keep them open, and then I realize it's a burger king
