final report - very tasty.
pickles were too much, not going to use them with a full aussie again. I originally was only going to go pickles, onion & pineapple but decided to do the beetroot & eggs just before I started cooking, after slicing the pickles.
beetroot caused loads of shit to slide around. further research needed to ensure it stays in place, perhaps sauce or mayo, maybe putting it on top of the burger with greens underneath to ensure it doesn't slip around.
