Wuhanvirus was created artificially from a SARS-like virus by using simulated protein folding to arrive at a receptor binding domain solution that targets pangolin ACE2 receptors, this was done to suggest evolution in a pangolin population while also targeting humans, as pangolins are are by non-coincidence a near perfect orthologue for human ACE2 receptors. It will eventually be claimed that the virus became extant around 60 years ago in a remote population of pangolins, ome of which ended up at the meat market in the city where the only level 4 biolab happens to be. The thing is every Chinese city has such a market so regardless of where the release occurred, accidental or intentional, a meat market could be blamed. This will all be a lie, of course, but it is a near perfect way to disguise what I can only call an econobioweapon, a virus designed not to kill, only to cause panic about infection.
