That shit you just posted. That's the penultimate sauce.

Different hot sauces for different occasions. El Yucaro, I'll drop a few in my soup or chili, goes into marinades or mix it into some mild salsa. Tapatio for my pizza and tacos. Franks Extra Spicy Red Hot exclusively for shit frozen pizza. Chili paste is for noodles, lo mein, fried rice, etc. Then for grilling chicken I'll just grab whatever chipolte hot sauce.
