It's incredibly low quality, waxy, no moisture mozzarella. It has the texture of soft plastic but much like American cheese, I hold a nostalgic love for it. If cheese where a junk food, string cheese would be it.

I remember fervently searching for them online years ago to no avail, searched again right now and I'm pretty sure I found them. La Boulangere crepes, 20ct. It's a little more expensive than other brands of crepes on amazon, maybe the cheaper ones are good too.
