The very first time I got my driver's license, I hoped into the car and went to a drive through at McDonalds. I unironically eat my kitkats like this, I also eat my oranges like apples aka I bite the whole thing instead of slice by slice. It's messy but something about it feels so indulgent, it makes me enjoy the process more. I didn't like eating much. You'll see shit on 4chan about making your kid eat whatever is on the table, they'll eventually get hungry enough to eat it, and I'd just be like, "oh okay then I'm good" and go to sleep. They'd sit there forever while I chewed on chicken and would ask permission to go spit it out in the toilet.

The restrictions on eating only happen when you reach your late 20s/early 30s and your body forces you to slow the fuck down with the debauchery. I left the Marines in my mid 20s and exercised less but kept up my same eating routine and only gained like 20lbs, which barely made medically overweight. It wasn't until age 29 or so where I became a fucking BLIMP and was forced to heavily reduce my caloric intake and exercise to maintain a healthy weight.
