i had miso only once. i was shocked at how delicious it was. the broth was amazing. but by the end of the bowl i was completely tired of the flavor and was asking other people on the table if they wanted to finish it. idk why that was. and admittedly the restaurant wasn't japanese owned or anything, so it probably wasn't the best example of it. memorable experience for sure though.

Point is, i just really like soup, there are few things that can help fix a crappy day like sipping on a good bowl of soup, brings me back to when I live with my parents and my mom would have a big bowl of soup on the stove in the winter almost every week
