What's a good sauce for corned beef hash on rice?

Only correct answer. Two over easy eggs

Poking a hole in the yolk of an over-easy egg on top of crispy fried corned beef over rice is heavenly. I’d pick home fries over rice, but rice is okay sometimes too.

Cook the meat. Slice up some potato kinda thin and put in with meat, also add onion and garlic. Put some water in with it and cover for a while until potatos are soft. Then mix all with some ketchup and seasonings and put on top of rice.

Filipino dog food very tasty.

Dumb Filipino, this already has the potatoes in it. it’s not the armpit smelling canned shit from New Zealand you guys eat.

This stuff is basically cat food. I've never ate it over rice but if you dump a bunch of spicy mustard on it, the hash becomes some what palatable.

I’m sure you’ll enjoy it, but I feel sadness that you didn’t go the fried egg route. Give it a try next time.

I do really want to try that, but I didn't realize I could just throw the egg in the skillet until I was done and I wanted to just eat it hot.

It's already over half potato, why are you putting it on more carbs?

Cheese. Not technically a sauce but just shred some cheddar on that shit and melt it up good.

Then put hot sauce or mustard on top if you really need something else but you shouldn't.
