I was in mexico this winter on a beach vacation and this one place had a drink that tasted just like canelopes .
Pretty sure it had them in there too.
It was so refreshing and now that its hot and its melon season I am craving that drink!
Anyone know what it is or how to make it?
Pretty sure the restaurant made them from scratch and they had a huge bowl of it on the counter

Batido de mamey?
It's been a long time since I've had mamey but I remember thinking the flavor was similar to melon.
In Mexico/Latin America it's more likely that the mamey fruit would have been used rather than canteloupe.
