dice sweet taters bacon onions. mince garlins.
throw in cast iron pan
add a dash of ground mustard and celery seed. Fry until taters begin tget soft
Add peps and kale, with a TINY amount of rosemary and a dash of dill seeds
When the kale is wilted, it's done

fry up chillies and garlic in lots of butter and olive oil, add your kale in, sprinkle on some bouillon powder, then just cook it down and serve it with grated pecorino romano sprinkled on it
