Leftover chili with rice and a soft poached egg. Really wish I had some green onions right now.

these both look terrible but probably taste good
poached/fried egg on mincey stuff on rice is a based meal i eat that a lot but normally more asian-y mince stuff
that fried rice would be and look a lot better if you just chucked some frozen peas in near the end lil fresh bite and looks maybe a little too oily but that's a fine line you gotta toe.

Looks pretty good. I'm not familiar with a lot of the ingredients you named and definitely don't know to cook with a lot of what you listed, so I'm sure you know more than I do. would eat. 8/10 ps work on your presentation. Wipe that slop on the slide. You eat with your eyes first.

Looks greasy, but I guess thats the deal with fried rice. Would still eat. 6/10

Looks like dog shit
Still a smart way to use leftovers and probably really yummy. 6/10

Had to do burgers for 4th
From bottom to top we have
Bun burgers sauteed baby bellas and onions, swiss cheese, another burger mushrooms onions and swiss cheese and blue cheese crumbles on top.
It was pretty good, although I would've done only blue cheese next time I think. Swiss works here alright but I like my ish extra stinky

Forgot to mention, the buns are Martin's potato rolls. They're local to my area, but I've heard of people using them in different states. Sooner if anyone here has heard of them? I use them pretty much any case a bun is required.

Made a beef curry and had some broccoli.

Onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, fried in butter, then some garam masala, cumin, ground coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, chilli powder, rump, tomato paste, cream and a little bit of beef stock.

The broccoli ruined it for me. I am convinced people that eat raw broccoli are sociopaths.

>Fried rice with soy sauce, eggs, and onions.

I kept reading that as soy sauce eggs, not soy sauce, eggs and i couldn't figure out how soy sauce eggs made the rice look like it had been cooked with soy sauce and how the soy sauce eggs looked like they had no soy sauce.
