My local supermarket sells it canned (Netherlands). Never had it fresh, but even from a can it tastes amazing. If you can't find it in stores in your country, it's available on Amazon for sure.

You guys are always fighting about which 'deenz are best, but what crackers do you like with them? You can't really go wrong with saltines. I find club crackers too fragile, whereas water crackers are a bit too tough. Crispbread is nice.

I'm just getting used to eating DEENZ and the biggest hurdle is the smell, they really don't taste that bad once you eat them.
As already mentioned, get a good brand, in some kind of flavored sauce like chili or tomato and cook them so they're nice and crispy. Try eating them with something strong flavored like olives or mustard if you're starting out.
DEENZ with rice or cous cous is a cheap as fuck and easy meal that really hits the spot.
