The top 4 all look fine except for the middle which is completely incongruent with the pizza.
The bottom right looks like it would be better as separate dishes rather than being put on pizza bread
The bottom left looks like a clusterfuck

I lived in Brasil for a year and the food is damn good, alot of rice and beans, eaten with farofa, really good shrimp, and fish dishes, quejo coalho, which is a fried cheese, and the churrascarias (steakhouses), are great, make sure to get picanha, it's a cut that isn't well know outside of Brasil.

Brazilian food is decent
Main interest is grilled meat / barbecue like its neighbours. Big grilling culture on the weekend
They eat it with a lot of salads and crudités. Shitload of tropical fruit and some weird vegetables.
But.mostly beans and rice, some cured meat in certain parts and a lot of pasta/pizza and Italian food in general. Only proportions are huge and everything is drowned in industrial cheese.

Overall correct but not as tasty or refined as other gastronomies. Some good stuff but nothing wahoo
It's a 5-6/10 in my books, I much prefer Peruvian or even Bolivian food but I'm partial to spices.

I had the best sushi on this side of the Pacific in Sao Paulo though

>> No.14340657

>>14339235
It's one of the worst cuisines given how agricultural the country is.

The average steak is "well done".

It's Black Beans, Rice, and Farofa

They prefer bland. It is in my opinion one of the worst cuisines in the world. For sure the largest wasted potential. Peruvians do it better.
