it has only been going for couple of hours for now, i suspect it was because the chicken i ate yesterday. it smelled a bit funny but i still cooked it. i have to stop being such a massive jew and should've just threw it away.

Only drink water and fruit juice. Don't eat anything. If you suddenly have trouble walking then you're gonna die without an IV drip. Almost happened to my grandpa.
