bake your own bread... get a pressure cooker and make food int it, like potatoes, squash, ea t a big plate of that stuff, don't add fat though. it's really satisfying and will make you feel good. alcohol is poisonous shit.

Try to be aware of when you are drinking and why
Keep a journal or write down on a wall calendar how many drinks you had that day
Git gud at recording your daily drinking with no cheating, meaning abv and volumes count, but don't judge, just try to be accurate
Then you will have a more better picture of your consumption and start to see what your real habits are
Try to make one day a week that you don't drink
Day drinking usually leads to all day drinking, so try not to start drinking until the evening
Don't buy alcohol at the grocery store, it makes consumption mindless and automatic. Force yourself to make a special trip for alcohol and get it out of your food shopping
Don't keep alcohol at home. Only buy what you think you will consume for that evening. If you need more, you have to go out to get it
Don't drink in bars unless you are getting food with it and get a water at the same time
