Did you just throw it all in the processor? You have to stream your oil in.

Also, you may need some water/lemon juice as you're going if it gets too thick. If it gets too thick while you're streaming, you'll eventually break it.

If you can't figure it out, just cheat and add an egg yolk.

No water , just lemon juice and I did not have enough oil

I had to retreat from the failure.
I took all the garlic lemon oil and mixed it in with cubed potatoes and beets with a ton of pepper.
Thats all baking in the oven now.
I panicked, thanks for anyone that gave me advice
I will try again tomorrow with a stick blender
