Is it good as relatively healthy snack or is there too much sugar?
I'm addicted to dried papaya.

If it's no added sugar, it's okay in moderation, but most dried fruit has added sugar. Just keep in mind that when you eat a fistful of, say, raisins, it's like you're eating 4-5x the amount of grapes.

Taking the fruitpill is the first step to weight loss and diet management, and by taking the fruit pill I mean a six pack of beer and v8 juice is better for you than fruit. Who needs fiber when you shit it out before you can even digest all the carbs.

that's for prepackaged dried fruit. It has a ton of added sugar and even HFCS sometimes. It's basically candy. You can eat more of it if you just dry it yourself, dehydrators are stupid cheap nowadays and unless you're drying bananas and mangoes you'll always be eating very little sugar.
