I love avocado on homemmade whole wheat bread with cultured butter spread on the breads with a mix of mashed avocadoo and evoo plus s+p

I ate this for breakfast today. Corn tortilla with refried black beans, cheese, and diced onion. Topped with an over easy egg, avocado, cilantro, and chipotle hot sauce.

Breakfast of champions.
