Yes I swear 70% of my coworkers are Mexicans and they all communicate what they're doing in the kitchen in Spanish so it's difficult to work with them in that regard.
And anytime I put an extra nugget in someone's box it's cause it was on accident but I have other shit to do so I just close the box and move on. I always make sure never to skimp out customers on their nuggies tho

The quarter pounder patties are delivered frozen and then defrosted and cooked to order so that McDonald's can say that they're not cooked frozen. But the regular meat stays frozen and raw and then defrosted and cooked at the same time on the grill. All the meat has very specific times and dates that they need to be used so we never serve meat that's gone bad.

Ive thought of the idea of going into mcdonalds when they are not at peak business hours and ask to speak with one of the cooks. Id throw a 50 dollar bill on the counter and ask them to make the best meal they can. Im not askin for shit on the menu. Im lookin for some "test kitchen" shit.
