Rome does the best pizza in the world, and totally shits on New York, Napes, Chicago, Sicily or Detroit.

I've been to Italy numerous times and I was never particularly impressed by the pizza or food. NYC had the best Italian food and pizza I ever had. Not even close. I'm a euro fag.

>that crust
no thanks

>> No.14261459

Let me be the faggot, American pizza styles should not be compared to Italian style. Both are good, and while similar, I'd never make the choice between one or the other, it'd simply be what am I more in the mood for at a given moment.

I've been to Croatian coast last year and liked the pizzas better than Italy because every shitty place there has a woodfire oven, where in Italy only a handful of places do and most pizzas in regular restaurants will be baked in the electric ovens. It's just not the same when it doesn't have that charred flavor
