Grill too hot. It’s raw on the inside but at the heat you had it at it would burn the outside keeping it on longer. Either that or you didn’t let the patty thaw long enough and it was still partially frozen when you threw it on. I like my burgers pink in the middle, but that is too pink.

I know it’s bait and a repost, but still.
