If I'm in a hurry it's probably just some sage sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheddar or pepperjack on an english muffin. But if I'm taking my time it's open faced biscuits made from scratch and just oozing with sawmill gravy.

If I'm hung over i like a dirty, greasy baguette from a local cafe. Bacon, egg, sausage, black pudding and brown sauce

Fried eggs need to be open faced though or you’re just wasting all that yolk spilling out the sides

Don't make / eat breakfast usually. When i do its usually either toast (either buttered or with jam), sunny side up eggs or scrambled (preferably gordon ramsay style), chives if i have them, maybe bacon.

English muffin cut in half, cheese on both sides, under the broiler until bubbly. Maple breakfast sausage, over easy egg pricked with a fork after cooking to manage yolksplosions, a few dabs of hot sauce.

if I'm craving something rich then a toasted everything bagel, american cheese, mustard, sausage patty, runny fried egg, sometimes pickles. Otherwise I whip up a veggie omelette with whatever is in the fridge and have that on toasted wheat with some hot sauce.

My ideal sandwich would be bread toasted in maple butter in a skillet, eggs, sausage, sage from the garden, one slice american cheese and a slice of muenster from the block. I cook pretty much all my breakfast sandwiches like the indian street vendor guy, it's really easy and consistent
