I had a cigar phase when I was in my early 20s. I had a whole humidor thing, cutters, micro-torches, I collected exotic "vitolas" and I had very strong opinions on "EMS wrappers" and whether "maduro" was a misnomer when used outside the context of cuba, and other dumb shit like that. Then one day I realised it smelled like garbage and it looked stupid.

Tobacco is turbo-cringe and I feel sorry for anyone who falls for it. You smell bad, you look bad, and everyone hates you.

It can make you poop but it's more like a laxative rather than something that aids digestion. Ends up just causing diarrhea for some people and making their poops worse. People might like to smoke after a meal because a full stomach can make you feel a little tired so a stimulant counters that.

If you want something to just help with digestion, acidic beverages might help. Like a glass of lemon water, or some people use vinegar instead of lemon. But otherwise just a good diet is all you should need.
