A cute girl would be first, then find a nice place. You'll need a picnic basket, sandwiches are good, some kind of salad, like chicken salad. Nothing that will go bad if it's not out, some drinks. Red wine is nice and don't forget a bottle opener.
A blanket or large beach towel, if trying to impress a chick you don't want her sitting on some grass.
