Hey /ck/, /fit/ here.
I am looking for protein packed recipes that I can cook on Sunday and keep on the fridge for the entire week (9 meals total).
I don't want any faggotry, it needs to be simple and tasty, but most importantly full of macros and nutrients specially protein because I actually workout and I am not fat spergling like all of you here.
Also, bonus points if vegetarian.

chicken
>buy chicken breasts if you want more lean meat
>flatten each breast so that the meat is uniformly thin/thick, otherwise half of your chicken is going to be undercooked; you want everything to cook at the same time
>season with salt, pepper, etc. - I like to use a little olive oil, paprika, and a bit of lime juice
>heat up a nonstick pan or cast iron skillet with a little bit of grapeseed or avocado oil
>cook each side for about 5-6 minutes
>remove from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes

>you can also just bake a whole fucking chicken if you want or buy a cooked rotisserie chicken from the store

rice (white or brown)
>buy a rice cooker or just follow the instructions on the package
>you can also substitute for potato or sweet potato if you want to mix it up

vegetables (pick one or multiple)
>steamed broccoli
>green beans
>mix of frozen veggies
>spinach
>whatever you want

if you want something vegetarian, just make like a chickpea curry served over some brown rice

Thanks dude I will try this. Can these chicken breasts stay in the fridge for 4 days? Is there a way that I could bake the chicken breasts instead?

>>14225055
Yeah but I am trying stuff with Tofu and Seita because only cheakpeas and beans don't have enough protein.

I sometimes make burritos with tofu crumble, refried pinto beans, and dairy-free cheese similar to the video below.

Thanks dude. The thing about tofu/Seita is that I am not sure it is something I can cook and keep in the fridge for days you know?
So maybe I will stick with chicken breasts and wtv.

I've kept cooked tofu in the fridge for about three days and it's fine. When you cook the tofu, you're taking most of the moisture out anyways.
