Shred some and eat it with soy sauce, pickle some. Put some of them in people’s mailboxes with bows tied to them. Plant some to grow new radishes and continue the cycle of radish

Toss in olive oil, roast on a sheet tray, they get sweeter and nice and roasty like any other roasted vegetable.

I have a nice everlasting bag of fresh radish right now myself. Today, with my hummus, yogurt and pita, I had some chopped salad of just bell pepper, cucumber, radish, green onion, with lemon juice and dill.

Pepper Salad:
Watercress
Arugula
Radishes
Shredded carrots
Onions

Dressing:
Equal parts lemon juice and olive oil
Mustard, pepper, and salt to taste.

I think it goes really well with steak.

Seems like something my mother would have made, she'd have used lime juice instead of lemon and instead of the olive oil a few drops of sesame oil would have worked.

As Radish Champion of this thread, here are some recipes I found that use radishes. Most ingredients can be easily sourced from a home garden. Radishes can be grown in incredibly small soil space.

Entry level for anyone who hasn't experienced the magic of a roasted radish:
https://therealfoodrds.com/garlic-roasted-radishes/

Upgrade after you get sick of eating the fucking things:
https://www.bonappeteach.com/oven-roasted-keto-radishes-smashed-radish-recipe/

Weird salad shit I just found:

Misc variations I need to try:

A dip made from radish leaves, not recommended if your only source of radishes are shitty grocery stores:

A whole fucking salad made out of radishes:

Drown your shit in butter to smooth the learning curve:

I'll probably post tomorrow when I try these recipes. Protip to anyone wanting to eat healthier but not actually wanting to eat the fucking food; fast for 2-3 days. I've gone from craving complete shit to roasted radish.

Sowing seeds in close lines makes massive clumps of, while not perfectly symmetrical and sometimes completely fucking lopsided, radishes that you can grow a shitload of with a few feet of garden space.

Any particular recipes? The one posted above practically cooks the greens and root separately before combining them.

They're great raw. A few slices is a refreshing palate cleanser. Make a few tacos and serve with onions+cilantro, plus a few slices of radish and some charred onions on the side
