To the maker of this hot sauce, your cap will not open. I’ve burned the palm of my hand trying to twist it open, I’ve used a wet rag, and I’ve asked three other people to try the same.

Hit the back edge of the butterknife on the edge of the lid every inch or so all the way around, and suddenly that lid you couldn't take off opens like nothing. Cool trick for metal lids
