So uh. For what it's worth among this childish thread, yes, I think BBQ sandwiches are great. I'm a Bong so we don't really have that Murrican BBQ culture but whenever I can get my hands on a pulled pork sandwich I'm all over that shit. Got a place called Red's BBQ in the city near me and it was legitimately one of the most enjoyable restaurant experiences I've ever had, every bit of meat just fell apart and it was all done in-house - it was like 7 years ago and I still remember it.
I wish I could make pulled pork myself from scratch, instead of the store bought half done stuff that just wants over time then pulling apart... I also want to try a ribmeat sandwich some time but that seems hard to find around here.
Anyone got any recommendations for must-try BBQ? And all spinoffs like sandwiches and sides of course.

Like is it just meat, or can there be slaw or veggies on it? There are also like 80 different styles of BBQ sauce as well.
