In Miami, a few times when coworkers wanted to go, I went too, in a group. There were families eating there as much as men-only business lunch groups at happy hour. In Miami, there was simply good wing places that were great local chains all over the place, from Keg ____ to it's spinoffs, to Flannigan's in whatever neighborhood, to Miami Subs even, all leading up to later day champion of wings, The Sports Grill.
The best wings is the latter of course. Fried naked, buffalo sauced with kiss of worchestershire, then recooked over the char-grill to finish up the crisp skin and glaze the sauce. The recipe is emulated at many places successfully for local bars throughout S. Florida.
