I buy the store brand ravioli ones. I add milk/creamed, a couple kinds of cheese, some cayenne, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, and italian seasoning.

Ends up costing about $1 per meal and keeps me full for hours. Plus the store brands tend to have more nutrients and less salt.
