Anyone else having trouble accessing certain cuts of beef because of the ongoing supply chain issues? I've been trying to get a nice steak from a local butcher for a couple weeks now and everything is sold out.

Not really.

I got some nice very looking ribeyes for $17/lbs a few days ago. And a pack of 6 average looking ribeyes for $8/lbs on sale for memorial day.

At the grocery store I've noticed the CAFO garbage pandering to carnists, the stuff I would never buy anyway, is picked thin. But the good beef that you can't get at a grocery store, where the cow's bio and photo gallery accompany the carefully wrapped package, is still in good supply. Funny how carnists pretend to love meat while being so very, very price sensitive. Almost like they don't ACTUALLY love meat.

In conclusion, I am a better person than most of you. Some of you, I might regard as peers. But more likely, no, not really.

Nope, haven't had a problem at all this year. I mean, I haven't seen one of those colossal striploin roasts on sale lately, but they still have everything in stock.

Where you located? Here in California I have had little trouble finding good meat. Few hiccups weeks ago, but all seems fine now.
