I'm about to cook old spoiled meat again.
Any tips on what to add? I have a bunch of shit in "my" house.
Also will be timing it. I bet I can get just under 11 minutes this time.

salt water and sugar in a brine will kill the bacteria and the nasty shit developed on it
If you want, throw the rinsed patties in a gallon bag
pour in a shit ton of salt (1/4-1/2 a cup) and pour in a beer
that'll freshen up the burger in about 30 minutes
just flip it halfway through
the longer it sits, the juicier but also softer then get

the sugar in the beer combined with the acid and salt you add will penetrate the patties quickly
don't marinate shit in brine for more than 12 hours
patties take alot less time
but you'll have some moist and good tastin burgers
I've had this happen alot with my ex
she'd set stuff out in the veggie drawer and I'd have to check it often to make sure shit wasn't spoiling there
infrared grills are the same as a broiler
you can make them proper with some attention
