It’s necessary for many reasons but it’s definitely consumed in too high quantities, corn syrup is also pretty widely consumed in the US, and both forms are pretty shite. We should’ve transitioned to honey instead of forest destroying corn. If only the US settlers knew that in the 1900’s corn would only be used for whiskey and corn syrup and that the ground would literally turn to dust and disappear before their eyes.

Well it would be a very basic and relatively sad diet but it would be viable, that’s why adding vegetables gets you to the GOAT. Without vegetables you’re missing too many micros and if you only eat vegetables you feel empty all the time so it’s best to eat some grains for filler and meat.
This might surprise you, but most retards would eat far too much at sushi places/steakhouses if it weren’t for the bread to placate their hunger. Overeating is far too common for simpler folks, whereas for people with a mind for nutrition and health, the problem can often be undereating.
