They cheaped out on the Crunchwrap to save money. The tostada is the same size so they have to use the big tortilla, but they stuff it with far less beef than before, which is why they're limp balls of lettuce. The Triple Double Crunchwrap, if it had one tostada instead of two, is unironically the same portion as the regular Crunchwrap had until maybe 4 years ago.
The current portion would benefit from a smaller wrap like the breakfast ones are.

It's soggy because it has moiste, dumpy, drippy HOT ingredients slopped on it before it's folded up in a tortilla, which is then grilled, and put into a wrapping

This moiste hot steamy shit makes it soggy, you would pretty much have to eat it IMMEDIATELY to retain any crunch

Hell even the regular hard shell tacos, those will bebome moiste and soggy at the bottom where the dumpy beef is very quickly
