PRO TIP for anyone who genuinely doesn't know: This is Raclette, a Swiss cheese that is commonly served melted over potatoes or bread. It's not commonly eaten in the USA. Most restaurants use some form of mild cheddar in dishes containing cheese. I think US Americans wouldn't enjoy the stench of Raclette. My mom has smelled rotting human flesh and she said Raclette smelled worse.
