Inspired by this thread, I made a similar frito pie myself. No eggs because that's stupid (pobably not even bad though.)
I took a can of chili, a small can of hatch chilies, a small can of cheap mexican salsa, and a hand full of dried chilies. I have no Michelin stars to my name, so I dumped the fritos into the bowl and tossed the bag away.
It was good. Next time I'll toss in some shredded beef jerky.
