what nutrients am i not getting from chicken breast?
$2.49/lbs is pretty good and i picked up a whole lot of these
i'm not eating them with rice, just chicken breast breaded with flour atm so i'm asking if there's anything else i should add to balance my diet

A balanced diet by definition is varied. You're missing healthy fats as well as the miriad vitamins and minerals fruits and veggies provide. Some oily fish wouldn't hurt either. There's also the question of what protein you're gonna go for when you get sick of chicken which is an innevitability if that's all you're eating. Lean pork and fish as well as beans and eggs are good options. Some occasional red meat won't kill you either. Organ meats are really healthy too if you're up for em. Throw some dairy in and you'd pretty much have all the major bases covered. Whole grains don't hurt either but you don't necessarily NEED them.

Vitamins like C to prevent scurvy
D for rickets.
There's a whole host.
It's just a chicken breast, not plethora of the planet.
Chill out and take a vitaman.

You need something cruciferous like broccoli or brussel sprouts and a moderate amount of fibrous root vegetables like carrots.
