Other than the quail eggs and vinegar, this whole salad is foraged "weeds", cleavers, wild onion, garlic mustard, violet leaves and flowers, dandelion, creeping charley flowers and a few peach blossoms. Pretty heavenly. Do you guys get down with foraging much?

Forged these Morchella Conica mushrooms. Gave some to neighbor for foraging his land. Raining super hard right now, will get some more tomorrow. These mushrooms are delicious.

Not really, but the redbuds just bloomed in my area and this dude wrote a newspaper column about this chick giving him redbud jelly. Souded pretty good and easy to make since you just go around stripping redbud flowers off the tree.
