Way too many. Mixer, ice cream maker, bread machine, dehydrator, vacuum sealer, crockpot, deep fryer and whatever else I've forgotten. There are some things I've had for years that I've never taken out of the box. I want a pasta maker but don't feel like I deserve one at this point.

Sounds a bit like me.

Ive had an ice cream machine for nearly a year that I just got out the box last week. Over 3 days I made 5 batches of ice cream. Now that I have done it a few times, I have a good idea of recipes, what works and what doesnt work etc. Got a good idea of workflow and timings. Did fuck up a few times, made quite a bit of mess. Now that I know what Im doing, im fairly confident I could make a batch of ice cream with minimal stress.

I've got a pasta machine too. Had it probably 5 years and used it twice. I think I will do what I did with the ice cream machine and just spend a week making dough and rolling pasta. Getting through that initial learning curve seems to make me want to use it more.

I’d like to get my hands on a dehydrator since I hunt and garden a lot and there’s always something that needs to be preserved, but I don’t know that I have the space for it right now.

A microwave and one of those little plastic bowls you microwave food in. I put the pasta sauce in the bowl and heat that up, then I put the microwave pasta in to cook. Wa la, a delicious home-cooked meal! Only the best for my man.
